Zephaniah 3:3-5

New American Standard Bible

³ Her ^(A)leaders within her are roaring lions,
Her judges are ^(B)wolves at evening;
They have no bones to gnaw in the morning.
⁴ Her prophets are ^(C)insolent, treacherous men;
Her ^(D)priests have profaned the sanctuary.
They have done violence to the Law.
⁵ The Lord is ^(E)righteous ^(F)within her;
He will ^(G)do no injustice.
^(H)Every morning He brings His justice to light;
He ^[a]does not fail.
But the ^[b]criminal ^(I)knows no shame.
